January Competition Winner

Congratulations to Seyms Brugger for winning our January photo competition with Cute Cub. Seyms had some stiff competition, including Danie Coetzee who almost achieved a record 4 wins in a row. Other top contenders included Gavin Falck and Janita de Oliveira whose pics will be appearing over the next few days.
Image Manipulation Results

Our Image Manipulation Revisited photo competition received some very inspiring entries. Thank you to everybody who submitted pics!
Marc Rossmann's "Global Storm" was a strong contender from the moment it was entered, and when all the votes were tallied it emerged as the winner. Well done Marc!
Second place goes to Jared Hinde with "Watch What You Drink", and third place goes to Frans J. G. Zietsman with "Polaroid Mosaic".
Camera Club would like to thank everybody who submitted pics and participated in the voting. "Global Storm" will be our Pic of the Day on 15 January, "Watch What You Drink" on 16 January, and "Polaroid Mosaic" on 17 January. We will be displaying more images from our Image Manipulation Revisited competition throughout January and February.

Making Music Competition Results

Our Making Music photo competition was well supported and received over 100 entries. The first-placed photos shuffled around as the votes rolled in, but during the last few days of voting it became clear that "Passionate Trumpeter" was the one to beat!
Well done to Hannelore Seifart for taking first place with "Passionate Trumpeter", to Cas Pretorius for taking second place with "His Master's Voice", and to Joggie van Staden for taking third place with "Tin Guitar".
